Disable Bridge Beter CD-ROM error

Here is how I disabled the Bridge Beter Multi & Muiderberg CD-ROM error which will be displayed when the CD-ROM is not inserted.

This modification is only compatible with the versions listed below.

+ Bridge Beter Multi & Muiderberg version 1.47

1) Open an hexadecimal editor or a similar tool capable of editing binary files
2) Locate the Bridge Beter binary on your machine and open it in the hexadecimal editor
    (Default location: C:\Program Files\Bridge Beter\bb.exe)
3) In the hexadecimal editor jump to offset $1BE63
4) Change the hexadecimal value FC to 0C
5) Save the modified Bridge Beter binary file
